Hay, this is one of the sweetest movements in my way to Innovation so I thought of posting this in to my blog.

Have u seen Innovators discussing together in one place. I got a chance to attend and see Innovation team at WIPRO, Bangalore I.e.; on 30th April discussing about various topics in different sectors. I would like to discuss few of the topics which I have learned from this people.

1. It was about "experimental INNOVATION”. What this guy says, you need to do Innovation on the practical things what u see around you. For example, the biggest problem In Bangalore Is traffic and what he says Is u need to stand there on the road and need to feel it by seeing and then only u will come to know where the actual problem in the whole system.

2. This guy was from TITAN and he told about the working procedure of titan and the various projects undergoing in this company. He told us about the challenges what this company is facing and many other things.

3. This Is one of the really Interesting part of this session and this guy Is from "THOUGHT WORKS" company and this guy told us about the working procedure of the company and the way they take the decision for the task given. For example, he told us about “FISH BOWL" process. This is the new way what these people follow over there for taking decisions & also told us many different ways what they follow in their regular process.

4. This guy is from "kreeo" company and he told us about the working procedure of his company and this is a networking based company and he told about the working procedure in there company and he tells how differently they work. For example he compares "NIW" with "NEW”. He tells NIW Is the new way of telling NEW and he compares the working procedure of his company like this.

And I have learned many things like "RENOVATION" which tells about the combination of ‘Revolution with Innovation’. And many things are there which I have learned over there In WIPRO

There is a way to block piracy and to save Film Industry

Speaking about the film industry:

Every thing is going wrong from the Theature,so need to thing from the theature side.The main thing to focus is like,How can we stop people Recording from the film theatures,one more thing is like from where this prints are getting released in to the market and the ways and means by which they are getting the prints

Solution:From my side it is like COMPLETELY stopping the people and the means by which they are recording the movies.One More thing is like,need to create a shield which protects the Film industry

Easy way of finding new thing by going in reverse process

In order to find new things happening around us ,there is a way of doing thing and finding new.The IDEA is,Rather doing things in conventional way there is a new way for doing things like-by doing things in unconventional way,we can find NEW thing do going through the process in UNCONVENTIONAL way.

For example:Y do banks don't provide service at night hours.......

If we go through this way i hope that we can find things easy to find NEW out of it

The growth in technology is good, but at the same time too much technology in term of internet and the technology are leading the growth of technology in a wrong way. Security is getting effected by the growth of disruptive technology. By the rapid growth of technology, Cost is getting reduced and work is also done in a very effective and efficient manner. The Internet has driven up the complexity of today’s IT environments. IT infrastructure alignment with business goals is paramount but challenging in today’s hyper-competitive business environment. Reducing complexity and achieving a more responsive IT environment while closely managing cost is imperative for all mid-sized businesses. Asset utilization improves your IT environment by providing virtualization, automation, or internet-based solutions that eliminate imbalanced or underutilized assets.

There will be great use of IT if it is been used in proper way. While coming on to the other side of usage of IT i.e.; the cyber crime going in the IT industry. Experts are now discovering 6000 infected WebPages every day - one every 14 seconds. 83 percent of these WebPages actually belong to innocent companies and individuals, unaware that their sites have been hacked. Websites of all types, from antique dealers to ice cream manufacturers to wedding photographers have hosted malware on behalf of virus writers.
Cybercriminals can target any computer user by spamming out emails containing links to the poisoned WebPages, directing unsuspecting victims to the malicious code. The website can determine if the visiting computer is a Mac or a PC, and delivers malware custom-written for the surfer’s operating system. However, as personal Wi-Fi devices grow in popularity, the risks will no doubt increase. Experts also note that the low cost ultra-mobile PCs, such as the popular Linux-based laptop, are likely to gain the attention of the cyber underworld as sales continue to grow.
“The ultra-mobile laptop, like many others, comes pre-installed with Unix, making it automatically immune to the vast majority of spyware and malware attacks,” said Cluley. “However, it’s still possible to lose money through phishing and identity theft on any device with an internet connection. As it becomes more common for people to use a Wi-Fi enabled device which carries personal information, the greater the temptation for hackers to take advantage with malware in the future.”
One small discussion which I have personally seen by Media people:
Recently in one NEWS channel they have shown a software, which was designed by one of the hacker, in which u need to install that software in the PC and there will be two dialogue box. In which u can use any phone number in one dialogue box and in another box u need to post the phone number to the person u want to call. By using the software u can call to any person with out the knowledge of the owner of the phone number u are using and it can be used for any kind of purpose he is using for. By using internet technology he is relating it to cell phone technology and he can miss use this in very wide way.
By this I just want to say that the technology around us is unsecured i.e.; it can IT technology or it can be cell phone technology and this can be miss used at a large extent.
Solution for this problem:
For the telecom sector, we should design a device or software which won’t be allowing this sort of action to take place, i.e.; with out the permission of the user no action will take place. While coming on to Internet technology it is not possible for us to give names to the IP address from where this action is taking place. So in order to know from where this is working, we need to maintain a website or a data base which will be helping us to get the information about the IP from which path is this happening and we could easily find out from which part of the world this is working and we could easily find out.
Conclusion: Better IT makes a quantifiable, positive difference on business performance. But with proper phase of development in the technology

As in telecomm field we have two types of connection ( pre and post paid ).As we all know huge range of usage is there in prepaid connection.In this prepaid package still we have a chance of creating blue ocean in this particular package to make this sort of scheme more frutefull and to make it more power full.
